Introducing the Bulk Redemption Terminal (BRT)

We're thrilled to introduce our latest innovation, the Bulk Redemption Terminal (BRT). Designed for high-volume recycling depots, the BRT promises unparalleled efficiency and accuracy in sorting large quantities of containers.

The Story Behind the BRT Development

We invested over a year in research and development, introducing our first prototype in 2023. With continuous improvements and commitment, we have now launched the first BRT model to the market. The response has been overwhelming, with several requests to place the BRT throughout Australia.

The BRT is probably the most significant milestone of CDS. We started this project in response to the increased demand for beverage container redemption across Australia. With more people returning containers and larger transactions from clubs, social enterprises, and fundraising groups; there was a clear need for a solution that could efficiently process larger volumes at high speeds.

Leveraging advanced AI vision-based technology, the BRT can count and classify containers of various shapes and conditions without needing barcode labels. This includes crushed containers, those without labels, and oddly shaped items, ensuring seamless operations.
