Container redemption terminals, where technology meets environmental consciousness. Our cutting-edge technology is designed to redefine the recycling experience, making it not just efficient, but also incredibly convenient for consumers.
Bulk Redemption Terminal (BRT)
An advanced counting and sorting machine designed to provide an efficient way for recycling depots to sort large quantities of containers at once.
Utilising AI vision-based technology, the BRT can accurately count and classify containers of various shapes and conditions without relying on barcode labels.
All other ejection
Separates glass and non-ejected materials.
Air ejection
AI-based vision system
Cameras capable of reading containers in all sorts of conditions, not reliant on barcodes.
Control panel
Central location for all operation of device. Controls for starting, stopping and pausing batches. Control for all additional options (e.g. Hopper Conveyor, Bin lifter)
Automated lane
This lane goes at 1.5x speed allowing for a faster count and classification of objects automatically fed and separated from the separation hopper.
Bin lifter
Separation hopper
Isolates and separates containers in an orderly fashion to be identified and classified through the automated lane.
Inspection table
Containers are presented through the inspection table, allowing the operator to filter and remove debris and ineligible containers. Improving both efficiency and lowering downtime.
Manual lane
Auto Redemption Terminal (ART)
When an eligible container is deposited into the ART, the terminal uses its AI vision-based system to identify and classify the eligible container and sort it for recycling.
ARTs accept all kinds of eligible containers in line with the local scheme regulations. It identifies, counts, and mechanically separates aluminium, glass (green, clear, and amber), clear PET, HDPE, LPB, coloured PET, steel and other materials.
Meaning crushed containers and containers with no label are recognised through our AI vision-based system. A single user is capable of returning +100 containers per minute.
Audit capability
Remote monitoring allows measuring performance and observing public and staff behaviour if needed, under a strictly private program.
Supervision required
Depot staff should be available to ensure only eligible containers will be placed onto the conveyor. RFID technology allows seamless identification of depot staff and ensures secure operations
High-speed functioning
Single user capable of returning 120 containers per minute
Automatically integrated with state- specific schemes
Real-time data captured and synchronised with the state-specific scheme.
Count and classification of eligible containers
An average of 7,200 containers per hour can be counted and classified with an accuracy of 98.9%.
AI Vision-based
Pristine, crushed and non-labelled containers are recognized thanks to Artificial Intelligence.
Real-time cash and data management
A ticket is printed to allow clients to redeem their refund at a Cash Redemption Terminal.
Improved customer convenience
The ergonomically designed front tub, permits staff to easily inspect containers and remove any ineligible or hazardous item. It accommodates an average of 240L of empty containers at a time.
Manual Input Station (MIS)
This compact and lightweight machine allows staff at manual count-and-sort depot facilities to securely input data from customer returns. Depots accepting bagdrops can also process the data through a MIS.
Classification
Ability to separate data into the required commodities
Security and traceability of transaction
RFID technology allows seamless identification of depot staff and ensures secure operations.
Bagdrop
Ability to process customer Bag drops.
Cash management
Provides a QR code ticket after each transaction, to allow collecting refunds through the Cash Redemption Terminal.
Real-time data capture
Real time data captured and synchronised with the state-specific scheme.
Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT)
A secure cash dispensing terminal that offers an automated payment of returns. It works as a self-serve checkout, by scanning the ticket provided by the ART or MIS.
Cash Redemption Terminals are included with the MIS offering.
Real-time synchronization
Directly linked to the corresponding state schemes
QR ticket reader
Each ticket is cross-validated with the corresponding ART or MIS to ensure the correct payment.
Safe self-serve
Safe and secure cash management.
Freedom to choose a refund type
Permit customers to donate their refund, transfer to their Member Number or redeem the cash on the spot.
